Custom Fabrication Services

Fluxtrol flux concentrator products are readily available in a wide range of standard stocked dimensions, but an ever increasing number of new applications have demanded more complex and more sophisticated soft magnetic material shapes and sizes be produced.  Over the years, market demand created opportunities for in-house machining services and/or custom tooling set-ups for net-shaping services.  Fluxtrol products may be supplied in finished machined forms to your engineering specification or production can set-up product specific manufactured tooling in order to supply near net-shaped or net-shaped product forms.

If your Fluxtrol product material requirement is exceptional and will require custom fabrication, it is important that you contact your Fluxtrol representative or our customer service at the beginning of your design stage.  This will allow us to work together to meet your technical requirements and minimize the total cost of your project.
