How to Order

We offer several ways for you to order our products:

Email
You may email your order to clross@fluxtrol.com
Fax
You may fax your order to 1-248-393-0277. Please address your fax or purchase order to our Customer Service Department.
Phone
You may call 1-800-224-5522 (USA) or 1-248-393-2000 (outside of USA). We are available Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM EST to take your order.
By Mail
You may mail your order to:

International Orders
For International orders, you can order by sending your purchase order by email to clross@fluxtrol.com, call direct during hours of operation to 248-393-2000 or by Fax or Mail.
   
Payment Methods
 

1. First time customers must prepay their first order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfer, or COD/Check (domestic only)
          
 

2. Customers can establish a Net 30 credit account by completing our credit application, available on request.
This process usually requires approximately 2 business days for completion.
 

All payments must be in US Funds (USD). Additionally, our foreign customers must make payment by credit card or electronic wire transfer, covering their own expense of wire transfer fees imposed by their financial institution. Banking information is provided on each invoice or available on request.
Shipping and Service Charges
  • Most orders are processed through our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
  • Standard international orders are shipped via the most economical mode of transportation available to that country.
  • Express service is available for most domestic and international orders for additional charges.
  • Alternative carriers may be used if requested by customer and billed to Recipient's account.
  • Handling and Boxing charges may apply to each shipment.
