Technical Data

The physical properties of Fluxtrol flux concentrators depend on the properties of their constituents and the technology of manufacturing. Our concentrators have a unique combination of electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical properties adjustable in a wide range, to match particular induction heating process requirements. According to the main purpose of their application they may be named concentrators, cores, screens and impeders.

Modern materials and technologies permit us to provide a complex mix of magnetic, mechanical, thermal and chemical properties for effective use in induction heating systems. The latest materials feature higher temperature resistance, improved mechanical strength, excellent machinability and a broader range of capability allowing for direct replacement of laminations and ferrites with improved results.
