Fluxtrol has a talented, experienced team devoted to research and development. Our areas of research include magnetic flux concentration and control, materials for magnetic flux control, properties of magnetic flux controllers, induction coil design, commercial computer simulation, technical consulting and cooperative induction technology development. Fluxtrol has a well equipped laboratory with electrical, magnetic and thermal measurement devices in addition to induction heating power supplies with power from 500 W to 150 kW and frequencies between 3 and 2000 kHz. Now computer simulation is a practical tool for everyday use in induction process and coil development. It allows us to design optimal system, improve equipment performance, dramatically reduce development time and costs, better understand the process dynamics and so on. Though there are still difficulties in accurate simulation of non-linear and different mutually-coupled tasks, computer simulation is effectively used for design of induction heating coils and problem solution in many different areas of induction heating.

Due to planes of symmetry it was possible to simulate only ¼ of system.
